A. Personal Data You Provide
When you use our Calculator, purchase a Report, or contact us, we may collect:
- Identity Data: First name, last name.
- Contact Data: Email address.
- Business Data: Business name, sector, revenue, and employee count. (Note: For sole traders, this may be considered personal data).
- Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us. Note: We do not store full credit card details; these are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe).
B. Carbon Activity Data
To calculate your footprint, you voluntarily provide:
- Energy usage (kWh), vehicle mileage, flight details, and supply chain spend.
This data is stored to generate your results and certificates.
C. Technical Data (Automatically Collected)
- Usage Data: How you use our website (via Google Analytics).
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information.

International Data Transfers
